5 tips to keep Diabetes away from us:

1.By Food we take,

  • Balanced Non-Sugar containing food 
  • Natural and Raw-food
2.By physical exercises,

  • Walking 3 km daily
  • Cycling
  • Doing some physical exercises
3.By taking  food in proper time,

  • Taking food in proper time

4.By checking eyes once every month,

  • Eye should be checked-up once in every month

5.By soaking legs daily with cool water before sleep.

  • Legs should be taken care
  • Check your legs daily before going to sleep
  • Wash your legs whenever possible
